Clearly a family holiday house being let between family use the house was extensively equipped with just about everything. The location was particularly good being so close to shops and cafes etc. The house was clean and tidy. Very good value for money.

Not a lot to not like really. Everything we needed was there. Perhaps the property was in need of some minor maintenance and a little spruce up as some elements were showing their age.

Great location. Surprised to find internet supplied (booking stated no internet). Kitchen stocked with basics (tea, coffee, sugar, glad wrap, salt, pepper etc) which wasnt listed on the booking/web listing so we had packed some of our own!! Beautiful views from the front deck. Loved the visiting birdlife (we had Crimson Rosellas and King Parrots on the deck railing. Definitely great having 2 bedrooms and a bathroom both up and downstairs as it made it easier for my Mum (stairs are a bit of a challenge for her). Good quality linen and towels (although there were no face washers - maybe we are old fashioned?)

Garage needs a good sweep and tidy. Not a great first impression for guests that opt to use the garage. The upstairs toilet seat needs repair - literally had to hold the lid up or it would drop (it's quite heavy so if you had children, could have caused an injury). The front entrance walls (recesses with knick knacks) need a wipe down as a bit dirty (possibly from the damp with all the recent wet weather). Face washers would be handy and change from the single ply loo paper please.

Loved the location, the beds, the pillows, the ability to very easily and comfortably have 2 families of 4. The kids loved the bath.

love the size and layout of the house location is perfect, walking distance to main shops and beach

heaters down stairs took a long time to work, upstairs heating was fine bathroom door down stairs does not close due to swelling in the door frame
