"Worse service ever"

It was the worse service ever. We booked the hotel from Travelocity two weeks prior to our stay. I called the hotel to confirm five days before our stay and they could not find our reservation. I have been told that a manager will call me because the person who answered my call did not have the access to Travelocity. A day before our visit the manager called and informed us that Travelocity and Expedia had some glitch and they could not find our reservation and we are double booked. We do not have any rooms available for the weekend, until unless you changed the plan and come another time. How this can be our fault???? This is clearly hotel and their third party issue to communicate about any glitches! Our whole weekend plan got ruined!
