"Bad customer service, No wifi pasword, "

Easy check-in met owner/rep at condo. Was told we would get a welcome email. Was given his number in case of issues. Never got welcome email. Never got wifi password. Was unable to use wifi for steaming services, etc. Texted multiple times, no reply. Definitely has correct number recieved message from number prior to check-in. Horrid customer service.

Beautiful location right on the water.

Quite dated furnishings and uncomfortable sofa. Not even a bottle opener/no wine opener.
