Villa Benicolada - PlusHolidays

Very spacious villa, with everything we needed during our stay for a family of four. Could easily accommodate 8 persons. Great location with the old town being a 10min walk & the closest beach / front a 15-20min walk. Pool area is really good & clean. Key collection & return very simple.

The only very minor issue we had is that the WiFi is quite slow / weak, which isnt great for connecting & using multiple mobile phones at the same time. However, we were on holiday, so the Internet speed was not essential anyway.

Problème avec la douche,eau chaude très aléatoires obligation de laisser couler l'eau des minutes durant pour obtenir ou pas de l'eau chaude. Manque des rangements sur la porte du frigo.

De ligging was perfect , de rust en het uitzicht , het zwembad met aangenaam terras en ‘s avonds nog even nagenieten met het prachtige uitzicht over de stad .

Het zou practisch zijn mochten er wat badhanddoeken ter beschikking zijn om te gebruiken vr ligzetels aan het zwembad. Wat meer tassen en borden in voorraad zodat er niet telkens moet afgewassen worden .

Good size villa with excellent outdoor space Very clean and great value for 4 bedrooms.

Only 1 entrance so was a trek up and down to the villa from the pool area, a fridge in the outbuilding where the bbq was would have been ideal! Lack of mirrors was a problem as none of the bedrooms have a mirror, have to get ready in the steamed up bathroom mirrors! One of the bathrooms is outside by the pool so not ideal as have to run back to villa wrapped in towel after shower. The policy of picking up and returning the keys to the office is not great and don’t understand why the lock box outside isn’t used instead as we had to go away into the office to drop off keys at 6am on leaving day!

Lovely villa, v clean, good location, outside space excellent, great view from conservatory. Staff in office were nice people.

Key pickup was v unhelpful for someone who had spent 10 hours travelling and had never been in Calpe before.

It’s a great space and we love the location (second time we’ve stayed there) walking distance to the old town via a shortcut lane. Around 20mins walk down to the beach which was fine for us. Nice living areas, clean and comfortable.

The beds are quite uncomfortable. They could provide a few things to make your stay a bit easier especially when arriving late at night, like milk, bottled water, some oil, a few dish washer and washing tablets to save you having to buy big packs of everything.
