They canceled my reservation and then denied doing it. Then when CUSTOMER SERVICE said theyde put me up in a different hotel THEY TOLD ME TO TELL THEM TO BOOK ME WITH THERE WITH THEM! The young girl at the desk HAD THE NASTIEST ATTITUDE! Very unprofessional and unacceptable behavior with her phone etiquette. ONLY MADE THINGS WORSE WITH HER ATTITUDE
