Darwin Waterfront Short Stay Apartments

Bath/shower combo dangerously slippery and difficult.

This was a great place to stay. Very secure building and parking. Lovely area around the lagoon for walks or a swim; plenty of restaurants and cafes. The managers went out of their way to assist with any enquires. We were delighted with the welcome gift of wine, chocolate, dip and biscuits. Large balcony at the front of the apartment was a fantastic spot to watch the world go by and enjoy an afternoon drink and nibbles. One concern which was raised with the manager is that our apartment didn’t have any curtains or blinds in the main living area and therefore in the mornings that space was very hot and the glare bounced off the floor and glass table. Be aware that in our apartment at least the shower was over a high bath so it was a bit of a climb to get in and out and not much to hang onto for safety. Would definitely stay again if visiting Darwin.

The apartment fittings are a bit tied and the wi-fi is poor with everyone streaming

There where no screen doors on the balcony I like having the door open for fresh air at night

Fantastic views. Great location. Clean and tidy. Welcome pack was awesome.

Needed more furniture and a rug in lounge room. Couldn’t get the tv or stereo to work. Parking wasn’t explained very well and was very frustrating.
