Registered 2 persons and the room was fit for one person only. One coffee cup and one soap bar only.

Clean and economical. However, at 10:40 p.m. when I was already in bed I was startled when someone tried to enter my room, able to unlock my door but stopped by the door stop. About 5 minutes later there was profuse and loud knocking. I opened with the door stop on to discover the owner or property manager informing me that I was not authorized to stay there and did not rent the room. I had a confirmed booking through Hotels.com, had pre-paid, and had checked in that afternoon with the exact same person. I emphasized that I had checked in and was given an electronic door key; hence, my presence with no signs of door break-in. This was not professionally handled.

When we arrived they automatically gave us a smoking room. She said that's what we reserved. I told her that the only options we had were a regular room or handicap room. So I booked a regular room. I asked for the to change to a non smoking room. She changed to room to a room that was 2 doors down from original room. Go into the room, and it was still a smoking room....I guess she thought we wouldn't notice? Anyway on top of that there were roaches in the bathroom. The mini fridge looked like it went through a tornado. Rust, duct tape and scratches everywhere one it. The table that's connected to the wall on the left side of the bed is broken. It's slanted so everything rolls off. The bathroom door wouldn't open all they way because of the counter/sink. I've stayed at this location many times and this is the worst I've ever seen it. Very disappointed and will not be booking here in the future.

The room it’s for people who wants to stay 2 or 3 hours is not for a stay, room was not clean, sheets were dirty and bad customer service.

It was just ok. The rooms felt like they were "not done renovating". The bed was comfortable and there was not any noise to interrupt my sleep. Ok, but do not plan on staying here again.
