Clean, good location with reasonable cost of stay. Public Transportation and restaurants nearby. Easily access to other regions thru railway system via queen street station or high street station.

So far it seems everything is okay.

Clean, homely, convenient location (which is essentially what you’re paying for)

The fact the cleaning deposit wasn’t mentioned on booking.com, would’ve been nice to know about it before making a purchase. Also the strict cleaning rules.
