The appartment was clean, confortable (except the pillows 😫) and well located! The first night our experience was ok, except that it was a party in the appartment above us… the party ended around 3 am.

The second day of our stay, around 8:30 pm, the boiler stopped working, so I immediately contacted the property. They try to help remotely but since we couldn’t restart the boiler after several attempts, I asked them to send somebody to fix the problem since the property seemed to forget that we were paid guests and no boiler technicians, but they didn’t send anybody and just AFTER I expressed my concern about not having heater for that night, then they told us how to turn the A/C in heater mode but still fix the hot water problem… all these interactions were through whatsapp messaging and one short videocall (last interaction), The property was EXTREMELY UNPROFESSIONAL in its way to react to this issue expecting their guests to act as a boiler tecnician.

The property is a short walk into the centre of Riva, about 10-15 mins to the Lake. It is located in a residential gated area that felt safe and friendly. The instructions on how to find the property, specifically the video were fantastic and we found it easily. Communication was good throughout and they checked that the apartment was ok. Unfortunately during our stay, there was building work happening in the building so from 8am until 6pm there was constant heavy drilling to the point that none of us could cope with the noise. We booked this property as was hoping it was quieter for one of our party who was Autistic and away from the main town. This could not be helped by owner/management company but if we had known, we would have booked different accommodation. The apartment has everything you need, there is a table and chairs out on the balcony, washing machine and the bonus of parking.

The beds were really uncomfortable. No-one slept properly as they were so hard even my lightweight teenager! Noise within the building from building works

Not comfortable. Bath door not working. Dirty. Bad smell. Car parking has not easy access. Bed not comfortable.

good location, you can reach easily the lake by walk, restaurants, ships, busses and tower elevator. quite place good for relaxing, big apartment, washing mashine, parking, dog friendly, kind stuff, kitchen for cooking, fridge, cofee pot for esspreso, aircondition.

Great localisation, spacious and well-equipped apartment, very good contact with host.
