The property did not match the images and was not good value for money. You check-in at the Indian restaurant at the end of the complex, where you are left waiting for Restraunt staff to find the time to organise your check-in

The property was beautiful and well located, it was nice to have a garden space to ourselves and the facilities were good.

It’s not entirely clear in the photos how far the pool is from the room we were in, not a big deal but good to have the info.

The rooms are large. we stayed in a villa so it was quite luxurious. They are getting a little worn and tired.

They have no safe storage space to store bags unless you specifically ask. and we think it is in the main office. Check out was a very convoluted process for us. We waited about 20 minutes to get our bags and to pay our bill. not normal for Bali.

we had the pleasure to stay close to the beautiful pool which was very nice, also close to breakfast and the Cafe. the walk from the street is further than expected but very nice, we liked it a lot. the staff is also very friendly. would recommend!

the ac is not that efficient, it worked so so. but I was managable. also, before we got here we did not realize that there was no classes in the nice big yoga studio that was shown, and it was fully booked the whole time we stayed. could be mentioned in bookings.com
