Balcony was common. Who said that people can enjoy on common balcony. Disgusting. Checked out on the same day and they didn’t refund a single penny.

"Don’t ever book this property"

Poor place, lack of facilities, not clean, stinky rooms. Impolite staff especially Pooja Rawat, she don’t have sense to talk to customers. We decided to checked out immediately and move to another property

Property not to live overall interaction with their ops manager Pooja Rawat was pathetic.

"BEWARE - its not the Manu Maharani of Nainital. That is now Namah Nainital."

There is nothing to like about this. A scamster property

They are confusingly operating under a well known enterprise called ManuMaharani. They are at best a 2 star property and are charging 4 star rated based on this mis use of name.
