Guests are required to show a photo identification, and credit card for incidental charges upon check in. If guests do not have a credit card and only have a debit card, a pre-authorization or cash deposit of NZ$300 as a bond is required at check-in. This deposit will be returned in full via the same method used for the deposit, subject to an inspection of the property. Please be advised that all account settlements paid with a credit card including PayWave incur a 2.5% surcharge the total amount. The location was very good.

The apartment was not clean. I have stayed several times in the past and it has been great, this time very disappointing.

Good secure car parks, good size two bedroom apartment.

Located next to the motorway some noise leakage through double glazing still. Also a construction site right next door. Tired and dated, pathched holes in walls, double beds only. Lack of tea/ coffee amenities, no daily servicing.

Beds uncomfortable, construction next door, parking too tight- had to call the owner of another vehicle to let me out. Apartment needed some love

Loved the location and the lovely staff. So easy to park the car as well.

We didn’t think the beds were very comfortable, but everything else was good.
