No reliable wi-fi and no intent made to solve the problem

There was no room service, no staff at the property i was staying. The staff was down 5he road they say a quick walk to breakfast it was not it was a long walk.

It was a good stay.

I like the breakfast served in the mornings and attentiveness of the botel staff. This is the seconf time Ive stayed there. Its walking distance to anything in west wnd whether youre at the actual splash inn or the villas which is a 5 to 8 minute walk from the main zplash inn. Would stay there again if in West End for diving.

The room was ok but the floor made my feet black walking around so assume was dirty. There are lots of stairs which was not good for me as I am a senior. It is quite a hike back to the place you check in for breakfast.

This property was very surprising. One of the best check-ins ever. The staff was very welcoming and very kind. Helped us get to the room. The pool was very enjoyable. The hotel was about 100 yards away from the beach. Tons of places to eat near by and a few good coffee shops. The room it self was small but clean. It had that home feel to it. For the price you pay for this hotel I had no complaints. very clean, internet and tv worked perfect, but lets be honest we didnt spend much time in the room with all the diving, fishing and eating out. This is the perfect place if you plan on keeping busy on your trip and only looking for a place to put your head down at night. Additionally there was a security guard on the property which made things even better. He was very friendly and very helpful on places to go and places to stay away from.

The owner Paulo made us feel very welcome and offered insight about place to go and see. All the staff was very helpful and friendly. Loved that their amazing breakfast was included. Definitely recommend this place and let you know that Roatan is definitely open for business with safe practices during co-vid.
