Appartamento molto caratteristico curato nei dettagli con panorama molto rilassante. Host molto disponibile a soddisfare le nostre esigenze

Luogo consigliato soprattutto in primavera/estate per una coppia o una famiglia con bambini in quanto c’è pochissima privacy per come è disposto.

Casa con mobili moderni e molto pulita. Proprietari molto gentili. Bellissima vista e giardino

La porta del bagno era rotta, il copri materasso era troppo piccolo e non siamo riusciti a metterlo sul letto singolo. Il frigo era spento (farlo trovare acceso quando arriva un ospite non sarebbe una cattiva idea). La strada per arrivare alla casa non era molto bella da percorrere, stretta, a doppio senso e tutta in salita e discesa ripide.

The location

Villa Chiara was a very disappointing stay. Upon arriving at 3 o’clock, which was an approved check in time my boyfriend and I were greeted by the housemaid by her asking him to help hang up the curtains that broke from the wall. We had to wait an hour outside of the property. Once we finally got in the property, I was disappointed to see that there were no flowers which I talked to the owner to arrange. There was also no champagne and water which is supposedly included with the house. When looking around the house, there are scuff marks all over the walls, drywall on the TV stand, marks on the bed comforters. The second bed was not made with only the first cover sheet on it. The whole place felt dirty. When going on a vacation, you want to check into the room and not worry about anything that was not our experience. We had to contact the owner wait two hours for her to arrive. She changed the bedsheets, brought one small bottle of champagne and a couple more coffee pods… Disappointing because normally you would do a little extra to make your guest comfortable (after the mistake they made) but again that was not our experience. And whenever we contacted the owner over WhatsApp she was very rude. The temperature in the house is on auto control by the owners. We were living in 16°C pretty much the whole day they would turn on the heaters from 8 to 11 and then they would be off in the mornings we were freezing, the nights were freezing. This morning the temperature outside is 7 Celsius and inside of our apartment It was 17 Celsius. We could not even take showers without being freezing inside the house. Anyways marmore falls was gorgeous I recommend going but probably stay in another place! Oh and you have to take your own trash out of all the bins or you will be charged €100!!

Rumori strutturali soprattutto durante la notte. Tra i servizi proposti c’era la possibilità di richiedere la legna per accendere il camino ma non ci è stata fornita.

Abends angekommen mit dem Wissen der Vermieter war die Heizung nicht an (15 Grad) und es war sehr kalt. Nach Kontaktaufnahme wurde diese eingeschaltet und diese ging bis 20 Grad rauf. In der Früh war die Heizung wieder komplett aus (16 Grad) und es war sehr sehr kühl. Das ist das einzige Problem gewesen.
