personel - you have to speak English at a bar /restaurant and in wellnss saunas were not hot enough. finish was cold and steam was running manual - you have to heat it by pressing the button...

Great facilities, very nice room with almost panoramic windows in front of the bed, I enjoyed it immensely.

The surrounding zone is mostly industrial.

Abbiamo soggiornato tre notti, per un imprevisto dovevamo rimanere solo due notti ma la direzione dell'hotel ha voluto comunque farci pagare tre notti. Camere veramente poco insonorizzate, pulizia del bagno giornaliera inesistente senza cambio degli asciugamani, struttura da ammodernare situata in una zona poco turistica e non ben servita da mezzi pubblici. Non all' altezza di un 4 stelle.

Spa and wellness were clean, without to many crowd, also it was quiet. Staff were very kind, and room was very, very clean
