The apartment was great. Due to a very minor misunderstanding (which we had no problem with), they waiver the daily parking fee even though we were prepared to pay it. The misunderstanding was that reception closed at 1pm on a Sunday rather than 2pm so it was easier to leave and check in before 1. I had asked if an earlier check in was possible but due to the time of the day the booking was made (late in the day on the day before check in) they missed it. So getting the parking for free was a wonderful bonus and was totally unexpected. The manager was wonderful when I spoke to him on the phone to try to organise to pay for the parking the deposit since we were checking in after reception closed and he immediately accommodated us and told us we could check in early then waiver the parking fee. If I need to stay in the area again, I will definitely look to this venue again as my first choice.

We would have loved to have had a bath in the apartment but that wasn't something I looked into before making the booking (so entirely my fault) and was never going to be a reason for us not to stay there. It just would have be a bonus.

Everything. Late check-in procedures were not explained prior to booking although I asked. I was then contacted by the property after booking telling me they wanted my credit card my drivers license and my CVV number (photo) in order to secure the security deposit. I’ve never been asked for this in my whole life & when I declined they did nothing to make some recompense against the value of the booking. I’ve never been treated like this beforeb& where there’s been an incident where I haven’t been able to make a booking. I’ve always been offered another date or another time. This is the worst booking experience I’ve had via yourselves and I would highly not recommend them at all. I told them they should have a clear and easy after hours Transition.. I eventually had to choose to book a different accommodation who weren’t asking for such unreasonable and security alarming information. I’ll give them a zero out of everything. They were horrible, inconsiderate and have done nothing to make up for my losses. Disgraceful.
