החימום של הדירה נסגר מוקדם יחסית ואז הדירה קרה ואין מזגן בדירה.

Excelente trato por parte de la anfitriona, Antonella. El alojamiento está muy bien situado cerca del centro y casco antiguo de Arco. Tener la posibilidad de parking reservado y gratuito (en la calle)

La TV estaba limitada. No podías conectar usb para ver pelis, ni conectar ningún otro dispositivo de entretenimiento. Para mí es algo fundamental ya que viajo con niños y no se entiende el idioma en el que están los diálogos. El espacio era algo reducido para las 2 familias (7 personas) que íbamos aunque no hubo problema.

L'appartamento è bello, spazioso e ben arredato. Nonostante qualche piccolo inconveniente all'arrivo la signora è stata disponibile e gentile

Il bagno non era abbastanza riscaldato e suggerirei di aggiungere delle tende coprenti alle finestre, sia in bagno (con la luce accesa da fuori si vedeva all'interno!) sia in camera per la luce

Apartament sam w sobie piękny.Dobra lokalizacja, widok za oknem cudowny... bardzo nam się podobało.

I liked the location it is located in a nice and busy village with shops, markets near the river and the lake is nearby approx 15 minutes driving pending of the traffic..

The ac was leaking water and was not cooling the whole appartment, it had an instruction that we had to suck on a transparent tube (which we could not find)to empty the water in the system neither the host understood the instruction the water temperature of the shower was not steady we had to constantly open and close the fosset to shower with hot water, the cleaning staff was rude , when they came to clean the appartment next to ours they where yelling in italian and giving us an irritated look, we then got the host knocking on our door apparentely we had a misunderstanding about the booking, i made a booking with pets but it did not go thru with the details.we had to pay a pet fee which is fine and normal for any accomodation.what we did not appreciate is that we where met at the door by the host when we were having a breakfast with our family without a previous notice that she was going to pass by .This could have been a message , sinds we still had to pay for the city tax as well but there was no one to collect it when we arrived. Other than that the host is responsive, we adressed the wasmachine that was listed on booking.com and not included in the appartment, hopefully it will be adjusted on booking .com ,they provide you with a card to use for a laundry nearby buth ours did not have credit on it .she did offer to reemburse us the laundry costs back which was thoughtfull , there are two laundry facility near the appartment on walking distance..

Sehr außergewöhnliche Wohnung, interessante Ausstattung.

Die Wohnung ist etwas alt, zum Beispiel hat das Licht im Bad nur teilweise funktioniert. Die Wohnung liegt direkt in dem Stadtzentrum und unten ist die Bar, die sehr laut ist. Schlafen mit geöffneten Fenstern ist unmöglich.
