Очень уютно, невероятно чисто, спокойно, комфортно. Были под приятнейшим впечатлением от того, что будто оказались дома, а не в гостевом доме.

Personne à la réception, arrivé possible à 13 h sur Booking. Personne à 14 h. Ai téléphoné pour me dire de prendre tel chambre et ai vu enfin à 22 h le gérant pour payer le séjour. Chambre à rafraîchir car tâches au plafond Ne mérite pas l'adjectif "fabuleux" indiqué sur boking

Excellent location, very close (less than 5 min walk) to the city centre, but located on a smaller and quiet street. The only thing that woke me up once was birds singing - loved it! :). The whole place (we had two rooms), including kitchen and common areas, were spotless clean. Smooth check-in (we arrived very early in the morning). There's a nice restaurant next door, a bakery and a local supermarket within a few minutes walk. If i come to Kutaisi again, i would definitely stay here again.

We had a great stay! The location is perfect — very close to the city center but still quiet and peaceful. The rooms were clean and comfortable, and we really appreciated having access to the kitchen. The staff was kind and helpful, which made our stay even better. Highly recommended!
