Hotel great, front desk-Kyle David great! Breakfast very good. only complaint bed and bedding.

2025-July. There were ample parking spaces available around the building. We arrived late at night but our check-in was quick. We really appreciated the excellent communication with staff—they responded quickly via text and addressed our requests with impressive promptness. For example, we noticed there was no hand soap at the sink when we arrived, but a quick message to the front desk had that resolved almost immediately. One of the unexpected highlights was the indoor saltwater pool. It was warm, gentle on the skin, and best of all—no harsh chlorine to sting your eyes. The pool area was stocked with towels and open from 9 am to 9 pm, with a depth range from 3ft to 5ft, making it perfect for a relaxing dip. That said, the pool is definitely on the smaller side, so don’t expect to swim laps. The room was well-equipped for a comfortable stay. We loved the convenient charging socket right on the nightstand for our electronics and the large flat-screen TV for unwinding at the end of the day. The shower had excellent water pressure, and the wall-mounted dispensers for shampoo, conditioner, shower gel, and lotion were a nice modern touch. A couple of minor issues: the toilet seat cover wouldn’t stay up, which made it awkward for our boys. And while breakfast was included, we felt it could be improved in terms of variety and quality. (Although we loved the dual waffle maker with 2 different waffle flavors). Overall, this Hampton Inn offered a friendly, clean, and comfortable experience with just a few areas that could use some fine-tuning. Have a great vacation!

Everything was fine but the reason for the low rating of what happened on checkout day.

It was 10am and I had a checkout time of 11am. We were going to a renaissance festival but our kids wanted to enjoy the pool before checkout. I went upstairs to get ready while my kids and husband were down there. At 10am a lady (another guest) used her key card to get into MY room and I was NAKED! She apologized as she backed out of my room but still I was so embarrassed. I mentioned this when I was checking out and the most I got was “sorry” and nothing else. I will forever tell everyone about this story and NEVER stay at this location ever again.

Stayed here on vacation while visiting friends that live nearby. This place is very well maintained. Rooms are quiet and clean. Exterior is great! Customer service was phenomenal! Kara took great care of us check in, Breakfast was hot and tasty. Easy access from the freeway. Right next to Pilot truck stop right next door. Across freeway from outlet stores. Great location! We would use this again if we are in the area!
