location! so close to the marina and beach.

no air conditioning up stairs, double story made it very hot.. but we stayed on a very hot weekend

The location of this property is perfect. It's maybe a 2 minute walk to the main strip of shops, to the beach and to many local walking tracks. It's a short drive into Bairnsdale and Lakes Entrance for extra activities.

The property was scorching hot. The 'air conditioned house' means one small split system in the kitchen which only cools that area. The outdoor blinds were broken and mouldy. The toilet and shower leaked and there was black mould throughout the property. The bathroom floor must have been mouldy too as in the carport you can see that the flooring is about to give way. Though our bed was fine, our other guests reported that the mattresses felt broken as the beds were uncomfortable. A shame for a property with such potential!

Lucky there were extra blankets in the bedroom as only one ac in the kitchen/living room area. Once the place warmed up it was OK. Toilet, bathroom all in one not such a good feature for a 3 BR house.
