Le manque de luminosité dans le salon (une baie vitrée aurait été du meilleur effet).

Das Essen war sehr gut. Besonders hervorheben möchten wir den Mitarbeiter Philipp. Er war außergewöhnlich freundlich, hat sich alles gemerkt und sich wirklich toll um uns gekümmert. Auch mit unserem Kind war er sehr nett und aufmerksam. So ein Service macht den Aufenthalt gleich noch angenehmer. Vielen Dank dafür!

Amazing Staff, great food and menu and good amenities in main hotel

It is a long walk uphill in the snow from main hotel where all food and drinks are to Sepp and Hannis

The property is very nice and comfortable with a cosy atmosphere, it has a fully equipped kitchen and all the facilities you would need for a nice holiday in the mountains. We had the breakfast and dinner option and were very happy with the food. There were good options for children as well. The staff was very friendly and helpful, they made us feel very welcome and gave us ideas for outdoors activities appropriate for our son’s age

The property offers access to the spa facilities of a nearby hotel, the swimming pool, sauna and spa treatments are very nice, but you need to walk approx 300m from the suits to the spa, carrying your towels, bath robe etc. In cold weather this can be off putting. We would have used the spa more if we didn’t have to dress for snowy weather and carry our wet bathrobes from one building to the other. Next time we would book directly in the main building, where there is also the restaurant and the reception.
