Communication before our stay was excellent, giving directions and recommendations of places to eat. We had a lovely welcome on arrival and the room was exactly as described. Huge choice for breakfast and the owners were chatty and so welcoming. Highly recommend.

Excellent break at Pitlochry stayed at Ardvane B&B and f4om start to finish the experience was great. Well located to the town centre, great hosts, comfortable room and most importantly fantastic breakfast to start the day. Would definitely recommend Lynn's porridge!!
