"Nice little hotel for the price."

This hotel is a nice little spot to stay if you're visiting antigua. It's not too far of a walk from the central park and it's got a great view of the volcano when you first walk out to go wherever you need to go. For the price it's a good value. You get Netflix on the TV and the room is clean and it you get the shared bathroom it is cleaned very often . Overall I think for the value its a nice little hotel.

Having a shared bathroom is a little annoying but overall not too bad. It's not as close to everything as other hotels but not too far from everything.

"Cancelaron el dia de la reserva"

EL dia de programe (martes) mi estancia llame directamente al alojamiento indicando que pagaría al llegar después de media noche a lo cual no pusieron ningún inconveniente ellos estaban enterados, y justo el dia de mi reservación (sábado) ya en camino me indican que si no cancelo antes me cancelaran mi hospedaje, yo no tenia como hacer transferencia, depositar y la señal era débil, pero solucione quien me depositara, solicite el numero de cuenta al alojamiento (5:00pm) y al minuto me cancelan ya estando en la antigua me dejaron sin hospedaje y su respuesta fue "no tenemos quien cobre a media noche", cuando llame no dijeron eso y en el anuncio de Booking no indica que se debe cancelar antes porque ellos no contaran con personal .

"Found another hotel"

The first morning I waited half an hour but no wait staff arrived. Had to leave with no breakfast. Second day the breakfast was adequate
