The property was well set out with everything you could possibly need. The owner was extremely helpful, friendly and knowledgeable about the area. The location is only 10 minutes walk from the town centre and the main boat terminal and has a direct view of the Magellan Straits.

The apartment is compact but well designed with large windows and a nice open view. Ana Maria is a very helpful host who has thought about many details in order to make stays comfortable. The apartment is well equipped and basic foods are available such as coffee, tea, sugar, spices, etc. Heating and WiFi work very well. The neighborhood is quiet with a small supermarket only a block away. It takes about 20 minutes walking to reach the center. We definitely recommend la Villanita!

Muy limpio, cómodo y unas vistas hermosas

it was a great spot for our needs. it as a bit of a walk from downtown, but we actually preferred that. the rooms were small and the bathroom was even smaller, but we had everything we needed and our host was very kind

Clean place, and easy to walk to La Yegua restaurant (which is the best in town). the corner store is also walking distance away. Host is very helpful and a pleasure to talk to.
