Posizione top, apartamenti puliti, posto bici dentro l'ingresso. L'appartamento all'ultimo piano ha una bella terrazza vista lago

Attenzione! non tutte le camere hanno l'aria condizionata, nonostante sia menzionata nell'annuncio principale! Essendo molto in centro e' poco fattibile dormire con finestre aperte per gli schiamazzi notturni. Divano letto con materasso scomodissimo e sfondato, bagno molto datato (con vasca tendina e doccino).

Appartamento ampio e ben accessoriato. Va bene per 2 adulti e 2 bambini, non per 4 adulti, poiché il tetto del soppalco con i 2 letti singoli è bassissimo.

Avevo scelto questo appartamento, poiché garantivano il posto auto. Arrivati sul posto, garage non si apriva e dopo oltre mezz'ora di attesa a bordo strada, il servizio clienti sostanzialmente mi diceva di arrangiarmi, poiché per problema "tecnico " non riuscivano a farmi accedere al garage. Complimenti!!!

"Enttäuschend"

Einzig die Lage im Zentrum von Riva. Wenig Gepäck hilft beim Transport zu Fuß durch die verkehrsberuhigte Fußgängerzone.

Von der unpersönlichen "0815 Betreuung" über die enttäuschende Wohnung - kein Penthouse sondern eine Wohnung im DG ohne Balkon, mit Blick in den Innenhof bzw. Blick auf einen Platz durch einen Fensterblick in Schienbeinhöhe... Schimmel in der Dusche, teilweise defekte Lichtschalter, tote Ameisen im Bad, teilweise defekter Küchenboden, hellhörige Räume, durchgelegene Matratzen, Müll muss ca. 400 Meter entfernt entsorgt werden... Fazit: Das war die erste Wohnung, bei der wir unsere Kleidung im Koffer belassen haben.

Die Lage war perfekt. Mitten in der Altstadt, nahe zum See und zu den Lokalen. Parkplatz in unmittelbarer Nähe. Unkomplizierter Schlüsselsafe!

"Nie wieder das Apartment."

Das Besteck war schmutzig, das Badezimmer war schmutzig. Der Sandwichtoaster war schmutzig von den vorherigen Personen
