Die Lage ist einfach nur perfekt.

Leider war es nur grob gereinigt. In den Ecken und unter dem Bett sollte man besser nicht nachgucken. Auch die Töpfe waren alle sehr fettig und nicht ordentlich gereinigt.

Main centre, however there is no info that apartment is located in pedestrian area and you need to carry luggage miniumum 200m from the nearest parking spot.

Air Conditioning is a joke, there are fans in the saloon and at landing + air conditioner like machine in the living room which is too small for the entire apartment, where we were thereit was 30 C outside, cannot imagine to stay there when there would be 40 outside. Literally me and my family stood awake entire night due to the heat inside the apartment.

Apartment was bare and lacked anything special. The furniture was thrown together without any sense of style. Although there was air conditioning in the main room, the bedroom was HOT without any fans, the stove top didn’t work, and no toilet paper. Okay for 2 nights but over all disappointed.

Appartamento grande, pulito e ben attrezzato. Posizione ottima

Abbiamo dormito con le finestre spalancate e tre ventilatori in ogni stanza accesi tutta notte, di conseguenza luce e rumori. Sarebbe forse opportuno mettere l'aria condizionata

Não tem ar condicionado no quarto. Calor insuportável do verão, ficaram de levar um ventilador (????) e ainda assim so levaram no dia seguinte. Nao recomendo no verão. As imagens colocadas no anuncio sao de varios apartamentos do mesmo locador. No que fiquei as imagens nao condiziam totalmente com o local

Vị trí trung tâm, phòng, ga giường sạch sẽ, bếp đầy đủ bát đĩa nồi. Nhân viên phản hồi nhanh.

Nhóm chúng tôi thuê 2 căn hộ thì căn hộ 2 phòng ngủ tạm ổn. Căn hộ 1 phòng ngủ bị nóng, ngột ngạt, không đủ quạt cho 2 khách ngủ tầng trên. 4 người bị tra tấn suốt 3 ngày đêm vì mùi cống thối từ toilet. Mấy quạt của 2 căn hộ bị hỏng, gió yếu. Giường tầng cho trẻ em rất chênh vênh, bậc leo bị mỏng nguy hiểm. Địa điểm này không thể ở trong ngày nóng 30 độ trở lên.

Problema con il pinguino condizionatore, perdeva acqua, abbiamo quasi risolto noi il problema. In alcune zone della casa c'era polvere e capelli. Vicino alla lavatrice c'era una puzza di marcio, forse bisognava cambiare il filtro. Soppalco carina come idea ma aveva più senso mettere delle ringhiere almeno passa un po' d'aria.

Lokalizacja przy promenadzie, w samym centrum zabytkowej części Riva del Garda. Apartament bardzo duży, dobrze wyposażony. W budynku jest winda niestety nie można z niej korzystać. Personel rewelacyjnie przygotowany, dostaliśmy wiadomości z filmikami jak dojechać do obiektu, gdzie jest nasz parking itp, bardzo pomocne, nie musieliśmy niczego szukać. Polecam opcję z wynajęciem garażu podziemnego od właścicieli.

Wszystko było ok.
