Facilities were not given as per booking. Upon arrival we were provided with a written note clearly stating that kitchen was not for use. I tried contacting hosts but no reply on phone and email. Very poor service. We were traveling with children

We love this place. Everything was perfect. Nice place. Quite. Very clean. With good WiFi. Free parking place. Delicious breakfast and barbecue. The owner are very helpful and friendly. The apartment. was perfect for our family with a lot of space. We will certainly be back. Thanks for everything .

The amenities included in description weren't free to use. While I understand why the use of kitchen comes at extra costs, it should have not been listed in the room or should be clearly stated upfront: for extra costs there is a fridge etc. I booked the room hoping to make own dinner and breakfast

You need to preorder dinner if you plan to eat at the hotel. But there is no problem as there is great brewery just 10 minutes away.
