This property is away from the busy area. It is quiet and safe. Nice beach and lots of walking.

Great property, clean rooms and nice facilities. There can be language challenges with staff and speaking English. There are very few dining options in and around the hotel and what there are they are very expensive relative to outside the hotel. $50-75 in the hotel and $10-$15 at most outside the hotel. Rent a moped for $7 a day to get around.

The staffs at the resort were great. However the common areas such as hallways, lobby …show its age and needs to be repaired

部屋も施設も綺麗で広くてとても良かったです。朝食ビュッフェも付いていて、種類もクオリティも高く毎朝が楽しみでした！ プールも広くて子どもたちも喜んでいました。 洗濯機が部屋にあるのかな？と思っていたら、無かったのが誤算で少し困りましたが、天気も良く手洗いでも乾いたので良かったです。

Very big but nice

設備は広い部屋で心地よかった。 滞在中のスタッフの対応は普通でしたが、 チェックアウトのフロントの対応が横柄で 言葉使いが荒く、にこやかな雰囲気は一切なく 今まで経験したフロントの対応では考えられなかった。 明細の引き渡しもなくクレジットカードの控えだけを いただきました。

Very nice hotell on Kem Beach. Fantastic rooms and a breakfast with everything and more. The pool area is amazing. Nice gym. Restaurant with a big food selection, with ok quality. All the food can be ordered as room service. The restaurant is slooooow so be prepared for a long wait.

Dyrt, maten i restaurangen var inte värd det man betalar för. Frukosten är kanon.
