Hi I would like to express my experience with the hotel service.. specially to chef Shukla regarding the food it was a really great service . I would love to experience more in the near future . I had the best food thank you for the awesome service . Keep it up . My room is 707.

While check in they gave used room. It was changed later.

Sorry to write to you that we stayed in hotel Lemon tree premier Pune from 10th to 11th June in Room No-508. We have paid Rs. 13650/ as Room tariff for two days but are still begging/struggling to get the bills of that payment. In general as I feel if you are facing issues in generating bills then you must write at Reception that you are unable to generate bills. Very surprising for me is why customers will have to suffer due to your own issue. As far as behaviour of the Reception front table is concerned it was totally harasseing and torturing particularly by Mr Daniel. Since entering the hotel we were requested to share the room facility available, no one spared even a minute to share the services or Complementary services used to give. We did not even eat breakfast on any days and vacated the room in the early morning at 6.00 am on 11th June. It was a devastating experience for me in my life to stay in Lemon tree Premier Pune. Please help me in getting my bills for which i have paid the money. Such ill behaved and unprofessional staff never seemed or met in my life. Hope that you will respond as soon as possible.

Very dirty dusty smelly room

It was a good comfortable stay. The restaurant had a good buffet and also the live counter was ably supported by Surjeet and Sachin.

They do not give invoice. They do not answer phones. They do nit answer room service

Bad experience

The Chef Sujit, Shukla and their staff Preet and Sridhar are doing a wonderful job Kudos. I loved the variety of options in food especially non veg, loved the chicken gravy and rice and all the non veg starters. Also, thanks to staff Lomi - Housekeeping who took care of my room she is so sweet and does a wonderful job. Only I felt bit off experience in Lemon tree, Pune this time was shock to see I wasn't provided Wi-Fi password by the reception staff who were in the morning on my checkin time 31st May'2026, she gave room to the other people who came after me and I was just sitting and waiting for her to call me, I went upfront and that time she gave me room but she did not inform me of anything like breakfast/dinner timings, Wi-Fi password anything she should need to follow and the other guy with her also did not helped. But anyways the good thing is, I got a good room with no single noise outside with a beautiful city view 😍 and had an experience of peaceful stay in my room. I had a great experience it was so good, calm and peaceful to see such early wonderful morning views from room windows. Amazing!! 🤌 I did not have a good experience on 31st May evening with dinner options it was okay and I was also disappointed with breakfast quality and taste on 1st June morning but then I had a wonderful experience and was also satisfied with dinner and breakfast both with taste, options and quality after those days, when I gave feedback to chef Sujit. Thanks to Sujit and Shukla!! Wonderful chefs! Also due to some short circuit power cuts that happened at midnight at 3:30 AM on 01st June, it felt a bit scary as I was alone staying in the room. Also, in the room, no room slippers, no bathrobe were there since checkin till check out it was not provided to me. I don't know why? Also, when I called the laundry helpline number I felt a bit rude in his tone so, overall prior to wonderful experiences in other cities of the lemon tree I did not have that much great experience with the Pune lemon tree branch but still had a good peaceful stay and enjoyed food on the last two days of my stay, I must say. Thanks!!

Had a wonderful stay at the hotel. The staff was courteous, the rooms were clean and comfortable, and the overall hospitality was excellent. The food was one of the highlights of our stay. A special thanks to Chef Suchit for preparing quality meals and ensuring a great dining experience.Highly recommended, and I look forward to visiting again!
