If you are unable to provide a transaction screenshot, a photo of the card used to pay (showing only the last 4 digits and cardholder name) may be requested to confirm that you are authorized to use the card. Before your check in: Complete the check in form to help us prepare for your stay and make your arrival smooth. For self check in property, you can access the property through a Smary DoorLock-KeyNest Store nearby-lockbox. To make your check in as easy as possible, please inform us of your estimated arrival time, so we can ensure everything is ready for you. For guest screening and verification, we will kindly ask for a photo of your ID and a payment evidence. This is part of our easy and secure self check in process. To verify payment, a screenshot of the payment transaction from your bank or payment provider (not from the booking platform). If this cannot be provided, a phoyo of the card used to pay showing only the last 4 digitis and cardholder name may be required. Proximity to services, shopping, car parking- loved everything

The bathroom in main bedroom- particularly the shower - had lots of mould in the grout. It wasn’t great to shower in such a grotty shower. Insufficient cutlery Would have appreciated milk ( long life ) to make a cuppa on arrival before heading to the shops to stock up.

"Perfect apartment - neat and clean - great location"

Apartment was clean and tidy and the courtyard was a bonus for us. Great location for what we needed it for and very central. Shops around it had everything we needed.

Being near the front door of the apartment block was a little noisy with people banging the door - but this was only occasionally

Great location close to shops and train station, very quiet, secure parking. Apartment had everything we needed, very clean, well presented.

Only 1 bedroom had a fan- extreme hot weather during our weekend

Neat contained appartment. Well lit and comfortable. Well stocked with supplies for a family. We enjoyed our stay and felt at home.

The parking spot given in the basement was a bit difficult to get in and out of if you have a big SUV like we did! A smaller car would have had no issues at all.

Comfortable, clean, good accessibility to shop, restaurants and the areas we needed to travel to for golf tournaments. Kitchen has all the equipment and a coffee pod machine!
