Apartamentos Nuncio Viejo

The apartment was amazing home away from home. The location central right at the cathedral. Luis, the host, made the entire experience the best ever. The town is so easy to walk and take in the monuments.

The apartment was in a great location, very central with all sights within walking distance. It was spacious and clean. The bed and pillows were fine. The kitchen was perfect. Parking is free outside the city walls and the host Luis will pick you up there and take you to the apartment.

Both nights can hear people talking very loud outside around 2/3 AM when sleeping.

The host met us in his car at the parking lot outside the walled city and drove us to the apartment. He was full of good information about Toledo. The apartment was beautiful and so well furnished and equipped. The loft bedroom and main bathroom were so comfortable and modern. The main square was close by. Great restaurants nearby. Only steps away Roman Baths from 1st century. Amazing!

Rustic. Beautifully presented. Clean as a whistle. Amenities provided were lovely. Louis was a fantastic host. Cannot rate the man highly enough. Picked us up from our car park and drove us to the accommodation via some points of interest. Made sure we were familiar with everything concerning the accommodation. Went out of his way to explain what was best to do and see during our stay and given his limited English put us in touch with his son to address any queries or concerns that we might have. Arguably the best experience we had on our 2 week Spanish road trip. Toledo is a beautiful place and Louis gets a 20 out of 10 from us for all that he did.

Communication with Luis was 5* - before and during our stay. The location was excellent - close to all the main tourist sights. We loved having two toilets - one on each level - one of our reasons for booking this place. Plenty of storage space in the bathroom and, unusually in our experience, lots of hooks everywhere. It rained a lot during our stay (Luis provides umbrellas) and it was great to have hooks near the front door. Luis arranged a taxi for us to Madrid airport. It arrived on time and the driver pulled up outside on the narrow street. We enjoyed the reading "nook" near the window. The washing machine is really easy to use and there's a little drying rack. Plenty of electrical outlets for your devices.

To avoid disappointment, please note the "cathedral view" is more of a glimpse. It's a partial view at best and to see it you need to lean on the balcony rail. Balcony - we would call this a Juliet balcony. It's just for standing and enough room for one person. The flat is more cluttered with nick nacks than we would like but I know this is personal taste.
