Hotel Abrego Reinosa

Waren Freitag auf Samstag dort. In der Nähe waren einige Lokale dadurch kamen wir nicht viel zum Schlafen. Am Samstag um 9 Uhr in der Früh war immer noch gut was los.

Location, clean towels, clean sheets

The staff and owners attitude was appalling. Extremely combative and rude. We were informed 24h prior to arrival that we had to do check in online if we were outside checking time, although we were unsure of arrival time. I was charged before arrival even though the reservation states 'pay on arrival'. When I complained I was told that if I did not like it I could cancel the reservation (not refund offered though). I believe that check in online should be an option and not compulsory. We were denied entrance until we filled in the form, even though we could have done traditional chcek in There were cobwebs and mould on the walls next to the bed. There was not hot water in the morning that was fixed after we called, but we were still met with an attitude. I expressed all these at checkout and I hope management will start treating guests as customers.
