לפני הכל - הצוות ! בקבלה, בבריכה, בחדר האוכל, בחדרים...כל איש צוות היה אדיב, מקסים, עוזר, חייכן - אנשים מקסימים. המלון נקי למופת. רואים את צוות הניקיון בכל פינה משעות הבוקר המוקדמות ולאורך כל היום, מסדרים, מנקים ודואגים לסביבה נעימה. כל בקשה נענתה בחיוב ועם רצון לעזור. מיקום - מעולה! רחוק מספיק מההמולה של מרכז העיר ועדיין נגיש מאד. ב 10 דקות הליכה נמצאים במרכז שמלא במסעדות, סופרים, ברים וכו. גם בסביבת המלון עצמו יש הכל. ארוחת בוקר טובה ועשירה. לא חסר דבר. חדרים מרווחים, נקיים, עם מרפסת רחבה, מגבות איכותיות וסבוני אמבטיה בריחות מעולים. תודה על שהיה מצוינת. אנחנו נחזור!

Modern hotel in a great location next to the sea. Spacious and comfortable room, helpful, pleasant and friendly staff. Beautiful and large pool area with comfortable sun beds. Great hotel for a good and relaxing vacation!

Basically everything is great, but the hotel could have more activities for guests. Specifically, the pool area was too quiet (no background music, no activities for hotel guests in the pool or in the territory).

We had a very pleasant stay. There was a small misunderstanding when we first arrived, but the staff handled it professionally and genuinely cared about making sure we were happy and comfortable. Everyone working there was kind, friendly, and very helpful. Their positive attitude and excellent service made our experience even better🫶🏻

הבריכה הפנימית קפואה

We came for our baby moon and our room had been upgraded to the swim up, everything was perfect. The room felt and was very clean. The staff were lovely and so was the food. It was all amazing

Grosses Zimmer, tolle Aussicht, sehr ruhig. Das Personal war sehr zuvorkommend und aufmerksam. Das Zimmer immer schon früh aufgeräumt und sauber.

Wir vermissten Aufhänge-Haken im Zimmer. Es mussten getragene Kleider im Schrank aufgehängt werden.

מלון מושלם מכל הבחינות. קרוב לכל מקום אבל גם מספיק רחוק ושקט מאוד, מי שלא מתכנן לצאת מאזור פרוטרס ואין לו בעיה לצעוד רבע שעה עד למרכז לצד נוף מרהיב של ים יכול להסתדר מצוין ללא רכב.

מלון מהמם ושקט ארוחת בוקר מעולה צמוד ממליצה לזוג שרוצה להתפנק צריך רכב או ללכת 20 דקות לרחוב המרכזי

הכל היה מעולה

The hotel in on a promenade that you can walk by foot to Protaras and all the busy area and bars. Near the hotel there is a small beach with wonderful water. The pool is large and has a bar in it. The food was amazing (ALL of it - breakfast, lunch and dinner). The room was big and comfortable, and the best thing was the towels!!! OMG. We enjoyed the stay and would love to come back again.

The smoking by the pool was annoying.
