Die beste Lage in Protaras am Meer, wo nicht mehr so viel los ist. Sehr gutes Essen, Mitarbeiter alle sehr freundlich und zuvorkommend, Preise der Poolbar auch fair und wirklich ein schöner Sonnenaufgang!

Wir waren Ende Oktober hier, da war der Pool bereits um 16 Uhr schattig.

The choices for breakfast were excellent and beautifully presented. The staff were brilliant and the view from the restaurant was stunning. We dined at the Ginger Restaurant. The food was outstanding. All the staff were utterly friendly and efficient.

Etwas abgelegen und daher etwas ruhiger

Getränke im Kühlschrank wurden nicht einmal aufgefüllt. Personal ist vereinzelt sehr nett, handkehrum gibt es Diverse, wie u.a. an der Bar, der Rezeption und am Pool, denen ein Lehrgang für einen höflichen Umgang mit Gästen nicht ungelegen käme.

ארוחת הבקר היתה מצוינת ארוחת הערב הראשונה היתה מעולה השניה קצת פחות אבל עדיין טובה. השרות היה מעולה גם בקבלה גם על שפת הברכה וגם בארוחות - פשוט מעולה. המלון מאד יפה עם ברכה אחת מאד גדולה ויפה וברכה נוספת ארוכה ויפה. בר מפנק על שפת הברכה.

למלון חסר חוף ים. הים כל כך יפה אבל אין ירידה נוחה מהמלון ואין חוף של המלון - חסר לנו מאד. מבחינת מיקום - המלון לא נמצא לאורך הסטריפ , הרחוב המרכזי של פרוטארס, כדי להגיע אליו יש צורך במונית או בהליכה של כעשרים דקות.

In a word, everything was perfect. First off, the staff are all extremely nice and helpful, and it's clear that they take their jobs seriously and even clearer that they really care about customer experience. Everyone was also thoroughly Professional, from the housekeeping staff to the desk staff to the restaurant staff and bar tenders. The facilities were flawless- very clean, very aesthetic. The room was large and well-furnished, the bed was very comfortable. Even the music was pleasant and relaxed, promoting a general atmosphere of calm throughout the hotel. In short- it was a perfect stay, and we'll be returning as soon as humanly possible :) very, very highly recommended.

Honestly- not a thing. Everything was excellent.
