The hotel is set back in a quiet wooded area. Room was basic but clean and updated. There’s a great little coffee “shop” on the property. Great value! I’ll stay here again!

Loved our stay.

Guests around us were not very considerate. Large families that just yell all day and early morning. We stayed two nights under the stairwell and both nights families with kids and dogs came very late and left very early yelling to the parking lot and at their kids instead of just walking over. They should have rooms with people checking in late and early on bottom floor near parking and not those staying multiple nights in those spots. Dogs and kids ran back and forth all day and you can hear them. Also power outage during our stay. Worker wasn’t very communicative and would only speak to one family at a time even if we went up to him. Had to wait 20 min for him to get to my room before he could tell us the generator wasn’t strong enough to power the fridge.

Great spot to lay your head after a day on the water or adventuring on the beach. Great staff and very responsive.

Port Renfrew is a quiet little backwater. This property is ideal for walking and exploring.

There is no cell phone network, which we were warned about, but the free WiFi was similarly absent. This meant we had problems checking in after 6pm as we couldn’t access the email or Booking.com app which gave us instructions. Nor could we watch TV which was all streaming and we couldn’t login to our own accounts. The room smelt musty. The bathroom was dirty.

Nice modern furnishings and decor. Spacious room, convenient layout and storage.

No staff on site in the evening or overnight. Check out information included instructions for us to take away our garbage and recycling. Sound insulation not great.
