La ubicacion

Llegamos hicimos la reserva nos fuimos a la habitacion a ducharnos yno habia agua caliente se comenta en recepcion y dicen que ya lo sabian cuando nos lo.podian aber dicho a la hora de la recepcio. Luego la nevera de la habitacion estaba rota se lo comunicamos y nos dijeron que ya lo sabian y la cajade dicha nevera estaba en la puerta de la habitacion a la hora de abandonar el dicho hotel.
