Check which room you are actually getting, I booked because it had parking & washing machine, turns out the room with the washing machine is a bit more like a cave with just a single door as your only source of natural light and your view outside is limited to the tyres of cars that park in front of the door. The double bed one side was 'sunken', there was nowhere else to sit other than your bed or a cheap plastic chair and small table unless you went out into the 'common' living area so use the sofa. If you hung your clothes out to dry you had to keep an eye on people walking on the metal steps above and dropping dust/dirt onto your clean clothes.

Que estigui prop del centre, el pàrquing, la rentadora i l'estructura original d'escales, amb replà amb tauleta i sillons exteriors envoltat amb plantes i flors.

Li falten molts estris de cuina. No té torradora ni microones. No té aire conficionat a l'habitació de a una planta superior. Podrien mirar de cuidar eks detalls (endolls o interruptors sense posar, guia cortines amb un cel·lo, ...). Una barra amb penjadors al menjador oberta que és l'armari de l'habitació de dalt (no n'hi ha) i a una tauleta li falta el llum. Per solucionar la falta d'aire de l'habitació, han foradat el terra i ji han col·locat un ventilador sense interruptor propi que s'activa amb l'aire cond. del menjador però quan menys ho esperes, no amb l'activació de l'aire.
