Comfortable beds, clean, free shuttle to the airport

The property is clean and new. The cook make fantastic eggs. It’s really a pleasant surprise for a boutique hotel to do a buffet breakfast. Very accommodating with late check out and bottled water and everything else✌️. They offer airport teansfer both ways as well on their new 12 seater car. Overall stay is excellent. The only setback is probably there is no swimming pool. It’s easy to get to Aeon and Nagaworld and to some good French restaurant like Khemer Pasteur. Will be back!💪✌️

The hotel is amazing for the price. Friendly, accomodating staff. Big kudos to the housekeeping team for what they do to keep the rooms super clean. Great location. Tuk tuks always on standby outside to take you wherever you need to go. Airport shuttle was a great ammenity. A few cons: the breakfast was a little disappointing only because they do not keep the food warm after it is put out. Room doors do not block hall way sounds at all so it's pretty loud at times. There was no laundry service on site. Had to turn in laundry to the front desk so they could take it to an offsite facility. Laundry came back still dirty so that was a waste of money. Staff will get you in a tuk tuk outside if you need to go anywhere in the city. However, they negotiate with the driver "foreigner inflation" costs. DO NOT except more than $2.00 to go anywhere in the city despite what the staff or driver negotiate (normally $3.00). Get the Grab app to order tuk tuks. I definitely recommend this hotel if you plan to visit the area. I would stay here again in the future. Great hotel!

The breakfast was nice with more asian food selections. Hotel staff also provided great service, changing rooms for us when requested and recommended a nice Thai cafe (Bun’s cafe) located just 350m away from the hotel. They even arranged an airport drop off for us for free. The hotel is very near genocide museum, just a 5 minute walk.

Hotel in very good conditions and in a pleasent area.

The property is new and very clean. The staff was awesome and they picked us up at the airport and brought us back to the airport at the end of our stay. Breakfasts were ok. The rooftop bar was not yet open but will be a great feature when available.

My corner room was beautiful and absolutely gleaming and spotless. The staff were so lovely and kind. The only thing was that the water never got hot.

The staff was very helpful and welcoming. Had an amazing stay!
