Rooms are nicely furnished, there is the possibility to cook your own meals.

The house is very noisy at night. Given the very old windows and doors. You basically hear everyone elses conversation in the adjacent rooms and a lood of noise from the road itself which makes getting a good night rest hard.

du bruit en bas de la rue car c'est dans un quartier bien animé, mais nous avons dormi les fenêtres fermées donc pas gênant. l'été, c'est peut être plus compliqué

The apartment is furnished tastefully, modern and clean. The bed is very comfortable. Bed linen is adequate. A heater is provided for chilly nights. It provides nearly all amenities that two travelers embarking the Camino de Santiago need except laundry. Centrally located to access metro and simply walk to tourist’s spots.

It is located on a very busy street. The street comes alive at night with lots of neighborhood men congregating and chatting all night long. They smoke, not drink. We do not find/see any sign of nefarious activities (no broken liquor glasses, empty beer cans or tiny square plastic bags etc). Other than some tiny dark side streets, we did not feel unsafe. We had to completely close the windows and shutters of our street side room to cut down the noise. This may not be practical in summer. I assume that the back side rooms may be quieter. It would be helpful to provide a space for travelers to hang their hand washed clothes since guests are not allowed to use their dryers. The clothes line at the back is always full with their own stuff.

La stanza era di una buona dimensione e la cucina era pulita. La posizione era ottima, molto vicina alle fermate dei tram e metro.

Le stanze sono molto vicine tra loro e le porte non insonorizzano molto dai rumori esterni. Sfortunatamente si sentiva tutto ciò che le persone nelle stanze accanto si dicevano, le loro sveglie e quando rientravano a casa. La strada inoltre in cui è situata la struttura è molto caotica, la sera fino a notte fonda si sentivano grida provenire dalla strada. I due bagni in comune non erano puliti abbastanza, le docce contenevano peli e capelli delle persone che l'avevano utilizzata prima, potrebbero essere puliti più spesso.

Sehr zentral, hübsch und sauber. Gut ausgestattete Küche und Badezimmer. Reibungsloser Ablauf und tolle Kommunikation.

Es ist unfassbar laut. Auf der Straße vor dem Haus ist bis ein Uhr morgens sehr viel Lärm gewesen. Teilweise war es so laut im Haus, dass die Wände gewackelt und unsere Tür geklappert hat.

Accueil très chaleureux. Chambre agréable. Quartier très populaire et "coloré".
