Perfect host! - Rita was so lovely! And made our stay amazing.

What a fantastic find! We absolutely loved our night at Kimera. Our host was so welcoming and helpful, making us feel right at home from the moment we arrived. A special mention for the excellent air conditioning, which was a welcome relief from the warm weather. It was so convenient to have access to a full kitchen, and we enjoyed unwinding in the peaceful garden area – a real treat! Our only regret is that we couldn't stay for longer. We would definitely return.

Il B&B Kimera è una struttura a pochi passi dalla cattedrale in una posizione straordinaria. Gli interni sono curatissimi, a partire dall' arredamento, continuando con le ceramiche di Caltagirone che impreziosiscono gli spazi interni, perfino i bagni. È possibile arrivare in struttura con il proprio mezzo e parcheggiare direttamente in strada dove sono disponibili spazi gratuiti. Una menzione particolare merita la signora Rita, deliziosa padrona di casa che con occhi innamorati accoglie gli ospiti facendoli sentire a casa propria. A presto Sig. Rita, come promesso torneremo a trovarla.

I had the pleasure of staying one night at B&B Kimera, and it was a truly wonderful experience. The location is absolutely perfect—right in the heart of Piazza Armerina, making it easy to explore the town’s rich history and charm. What made the stay even more special was Elena, the owner. She is an amazing, kind, and genuinely warm person. She personally came over to welcome me and show me around the house, which was such a thoughtful and friendly gesture. Her hospitality made me feel completely at home from the moment I arrived. The guesthouse itself is lovely, clean, and cozy—ideal for anyone looking for an authentic and comfortable stay in Sicily. Highly recommended, and I would definitely return! Thank you, Elena, for your kindness and warmth!

Location

No parking although it was advertised. Very dated old furnishings and decor.

Very good location for visiting the Roman mosaics. Ample no problem free parking in front of the B&B. Rita and Alex were the most accommodating and helpful hosts. The rooms were elegantly furnished like the pictures. We had car problems and if it wasn’t for the assistance Rita and Alex gave us we would have lost much travel time. We only stayed one night and we would highly recommend this B & B.

Highly unusual place to stay which made things fascinating. No real problem parking in the street outside. Area map, telephone contact for queries and free WiFi was available. Pillowcases were changed swiftly when we spotted they'd been missed.

Breakfast was included; I looked for this specifically. Breakfast was served in a nearby bar ... the cafe-bar was lovely and had very kind staff. However, we were limited to one croissant and one coffee each; payment was needed for anything else. Apparently, the owner has not served breakfasts for a few years now.
