Pearl Beachfront Villa

This is the second time staying at this property. The villa itself is outstanding in size, cleanliness and location. Delighted with the property itself, including the cleaning services provided by the team. The couple of small challenges re Iron and washing machine were resolved immediately.

The previous year we had issues with the swimming pool....broken lights and tiles missing...which we reported and was 'assured' would be addressed in the close season, which is understandable as a drain down would be required. It was therefore very disappointing to find the pool in a similar condition, which got worse during our stay with further tiles and grout falling away......making the whole pool experience very disappointing. When I raised the question, was told the same excuse about the closed season.....not impressed. This isn't a cheap and cheerfully priced villa!!

Exterior building and interior design . Big swimming pool . Spacious kitchen and dining area . Climate control room . Overall lovely stay .

Narrow and difficult parking

Lovely spacious, clean modern villa. 30 second walk down to the secluded quiet beach which is great for snorkelling/swimming. Excellent coast path walks in either direction, Ayia napa marina is approximately a 30 minute walk along the coast path

The villa is amazing. The size the layout the facilities. Even in November the pool was excellent

Overall experience was beyond our expectations and more than perfect for us. Villa was clean, the location was perfect next to the sea where the beach was tidy and with friendly neighbours.

The location was fab and the villa Was right on the sea. The villa was beautiful but does need some touch ups, scuff marks on walls etc. The villa was very well equipped.

We only had a 2 day stay and couldn’t use the pool For one of those days which was very disappointing with 2 kids. This was the main reason we booked the villa. Communication wasn’t the best and in the end no one would pick up my calls. We did however get a small refund as we weren’t able to use the pool for 1 day.
