O pequeno-almoço é excecional. O Ninho cheira a casa. É familiar, caseiro. Tudo limpo e impecavelmente organizado. Staff super simpático e disponível.

A decoração

É sempre uma enorme satisfação regressar ao Ninho Saloio! É daqueles locais em que é impossível visitar apenas uma vez, pois sem dúvida marca-nos pela positiva. Desde o acolhimento inicial da Marisa, o quarto aconchegante e extremamente bem decorado, a limpeza, as camas confortáveis, a cozinha que tanto jeito dá quando vimos com crianças, a piscina muito agradável, a pequena quinta, aos grandes amigos e companheiros da minha filha mais nova (o Saloio e a Nina), o profissionalismo, atenção e cuidado constante de todo o staff sendo o bem estar dos hóspedes o seu objetivo e preocupação. A possibilidade de estacionamento interno, a proximidade do comércio, o silêncio envolvente. Adoramos este cantinho fantástico e mais uma vez obrigada por todo o carinho. Até breve!

This was by far the worst hotel experience I’ve ever had, I wish I could give it a minus rating. I was charged multiple times for the same booking, and it took weeks of chasing and countless complaints before I finally got my money back (including being told they're with their family, so they will not respond to my messages). When I arrived, the room I had carefully booked and paid for was simply given away to someone else. Instead of fixing their mistake, the staff handed me a completely different, downgraded room and even told me to “book somewhere else” if I wasn’t happy. I asked for some cutlery at 8pm (after ordering Uber Eats due to every restaurant in the town being closed from when I arrived at 4pm) and was told they're not working and I should wait until tomorrow. To make matters worse, the breakfast buffet was terrible (people pay extra for this?), with very limited options and everything they offered tasted bland, but unfortunately there’s nowhere nearby open, so you’re stuck with it. The level of incompetence and disregard for guests is shocking. I would strongly warn anyone considering this place, avoid it at all costs! Oh and the "pool" they mention, is nothing but a tiny pond, only fit for a small baby, don't be fooled by the pictures and description like I was...
