I like the swimming pool but it could be better if some chair is available. Ac they switch off is not good. also in the bathroom, there is no shampoo we have to tell them, and then they give it.

"Nice palm tree walks in the garden with great food"

Cleanliness. Both in bathroom as well as in shared areas e g bathroom close to the restaurant. It is just extremely dirty. This place could be so much better if proper attention given by management to cleanliness.
