"Decent, affordable, recommend."

The room is quite cosy, with a huge shared balcony facing the residential area. Shower was strong and hot. Help with taxi to DaNang on same price as grab was fast and convenient.

Breakfast was really mediocre and disappointing... The shared with adjacent room balcony caused some worry as someone came to clean it when I was changing my clothes after shower with opened curtains. Biggest problem was not having a lift as I had quite heavy luggage, top floor and a backache. A man in the ground floor was more busy playing computer games instead of offering help. Obviously, I won't let a woman carry a heavy bag for me. The toilet seat was old and all in fungi, spoiling all impression from the room. It can be easily replaced and not cause such a shock. Having said that, I liked the stay and can recommend it.

"Lovely stay"

Super location, just a 2 minute walk to the centre. Lovely, clean hotel and a good choice of breakfast. A small pool out the front, which we didn't use, but it looked immaculate. The room was spacious, spotless, and comfortable. Duong was really helpful and arranged our bus tickets. I would stay again

"Nice stay of on a budget."

Staff was exceptionally friendly and helpful, within 15-20 minutes walking distance from the main area (the river, markets, coffee shops, tailors), there are things around, but we found we were walking towards the same areas. Awesome breakfast!

The pool was nice, but very small and at the front of the property, so people on the street can see you. Also, it’s in the shade for most of the day.

Young was such a great host. She made us feel at home immediately. The location was great, only a few minutes walk to old town. The pool was small but clean and perfect to cool off after a hot day exploring beautiful Hoi An
