The loaction is very good to visit Catania, just 10 minutes by walk to the heart of the city. The apartment had one room with one double bed and one sofa bed. The bathroom was small but everything worked well. There were nice bars and shops near the apartment, that were great for breakfast and any other needs.

The room was small for 4 people, but it was fine for just a couple of nights. It was at ground floor in front of the street, and there was little noise in the morning.

Very beautifully decorated room and kind hostess. The room felt very luxurious and the bed was excellent. The hotel is located within walking distance on the city centre. We arrived by car and found plenty of parking right outside the front door.

We had very high expectations for this place which weren't quite met. The shower head was filthy dirty and didn't work. When taking a shower the water would leak out onto the floor in large amounts. Breakfast was adequate but not compared to other places of lower price. There was much noise from the street and hallway.

Good location, near the center. There is no 24/7 reception, and we arrived at 3 am in the morning. We did a "remote check in" by whatsapp and the staff send us the entarence code and leave me the key for the room. Very helpfull and friendly.

The location of the B&B is very close to the city centre (10 minutes walk). Clean,tidy and smells good. Valentina was friendly and welcoming.

The breakfast was the same everyday (croissants,marmelades, fruits, nutella, crackers, butter etc) very basic and could have been more diverse for example offer savory products (bread, cheese, deli meat) and not only sweet products. The bathroom was clean and had enough water pressure although it could have been more spacious. There was only one table for both rooms in the lobby to eat breakfast.

Cozy room with very friendly host. Good breakfast.

Little tight for 4 people but plenty of storage room.

Breakfast very poor,low quality,little varients to choose first day only croasants and some pastry,next day they put sam low qualiry ham and cheese thats it, so needs more varients of juice,ham,cheese,toasts and butter,eggs to put in offer

I never actually checked in, the hotel was located in a very bad area of town. I was even told by the car rental company I couldn’t leave the vehicle on the street if staying there, it had to be in a locked garage. I was traveling alone with my teenage daughters and felt extremely unsafe in the area. I’m sure the room itself was nice but we weren’t going to sit in our room for two days. There were no restaurants or shopping near by and even if there was I would have felt unsafe walking to them. I went in and explained my concerns to the staff and they were extremely unhelpful. Basically, told me “it’s fine” it definitely was not fine.

Location! I messaged the property directly with my concerns and she refused to credit me back for the two nights I prepared for and offered me a stay at another date. Why would I want to stay there at a later date?! I was so disappointed in how the whole situation was handled. I then spend 3 hours driving north to find a new place to stay. ☹️

The host (Valentina) was very nice and helpful. She really tried her best to make our stay as awesome as possible. She really put an effort and I can say that she might be one of the best hosts I have met. The apartment is very clean (and is cleaned on daily basis), the room is comfortable, the breakfast is good and very well organized, location is right in the center. We felt very safe walking in the area during the day&night.
