Situation de l' appartement proche du métro on peut faire beaucoup de choses a pied Hôte très accueillante et serviable on voit qu'elle aime rendre service et qu'elle est à l' écoute des clients Prix convenable mais convient pour un court séjour

Il faut absolument changer le canapé du salon pour lequel il manque des lattes il n'est pas confortable Beaucoup de petites réparations à faire dans l' appartement en général, ustensiles de cuisine a changer notamment Terasse moins belle que sur les photos

Comfortable with all necessary facilities, great location

Needed a bit of TLC in some aspects, shower, hole in wall, toilet roll holder but otherwise very good

Great location Easy walking to all main attractions and lots of great restaurants & bars close by as well. And a supermarket close by for a few supplies. Host Nuria was great, taking the time to give us many tips & a map of local area.

The location was quite good, and the washing machine was useful.

The images do not honestly present what the accomodation looks like. The back courtyard was disgusting, and the interiors really need an upgrade. The building was leaking so there were puddles of water all through the entry way and someone kept putting a massive bag of dirty laundry in front of our door making it difficult to enter and exit the apartment. We would make and it would be back in front of our door every time we returned. I would recommend looking elsewhere for accommodation in Porto as there appears to be many other nicer options closer to the city centre.

The location is good

The apartment has a significant damp issue that the host is attempting to manage with a dehumidifier. This means you’re left with a choice: either endure constant noise of dehumidifier or put up with the smell of dampness. Even the entrance of the building smells so bad The sofa bed lacks a proper frame, causing an annoying noise whenever you turn. It definitely needs fixing. The flat is extremely dirty, with damp stains on the sofa, dead bugs in the bathroom and wardrobe, and outdoor sofas that look nothing like the photos—they're just damp and stained. The curtains are also full of dirt and damp stains. Only one towel provided for a 5-day stay, with minimal cleaning supplies available. Nothing...there were no windows in the bedroom...very little light in the sitting room...door s both outside and internal very difficult to open...terrible smell in the hall from a bag of wet towels which was there throughout our stay

Every thing...not a pleasant stay
