O Hotel é ótimo, porém notamos a falta de manutenção nas acomodações, tais como: - Banheiros com os metais (torneiras) com vazamentos. - Pintura nas paredes. - Móveis em condições ruins. - Falta cabideiro no dormitório (pendurar roupas). - Limpeza nos elevadores, corredores, etc... - Elevadores precários. (manutenção).

"Rivera Casino precisa se atualizar"

O hotel está precisando de uma atualização. O colchão da cama estava afundado. O serviço de café da manhã é péssimo. Salão sujo, mesas com pratos por recolher, funcionários do restaurante nada simpáticos, alimentos que pareciam ser de dois atrás. Pontos para a piscina térmica, água bem quente e limpa.

"Muito bom"

Muito bom, só um detalhe a ser corrigido. Primeira noite tomei um excelente banho por volta das 2:30 h da madrugada. Mas no outro dia tomei banho pela manhã por volta das 8:30 h e a água variou demais, de repente esfriava muito e outra hora vinha uns jatos muito quentes.

"hotel com serviço precário"

Já estive outras vezes no Hotel Cassino Rivera (3x),decaiu muito o serviço. Pouca higienização em época de pandemia, falta de funcionários, piscina térmica não funcionando. áreas comuns com pouca limpeza restaurante fechado
