Tengri Hotel

Everything, staff is very polite, try to help. Room smaal, but very clean, shower, tv everyting is working, in winter time room is warm. Good team, good hotel, wish for hotel staff grow up, happy new year.

I stayed in the hotel for one night only, but I could not judge it much. The staff members were great when they gave me access to the room after check-out to change from my business suit to casual clothes. Out of what I saw, the floor in my room was not clean. The hotel had maintenance and there were works at the front desk and materials in the corridor. The hotel was quite far from the nearest bus stop and the sidewalk was not convenient for carrying a suitcase.

Staff was pleasant, location good and the room was clean.

Breakfast was not kept hot for later arrivals, selection was limited and the coffee was instant. Staff was fine. At the price did not expect a huge breakfast but it should have been hot.

Too few towels in the rooms. there needs to be more.
