1. Executive lounge at cocktail session become almost full inside 15 minutes with guests continue pouring in, which is a marked difference with the situation two months ago. Most guests are likely not of executive-level room. 2. Quality of food at the lounge dropped and also substituted with small plates at buffet counter. 3. Changed the policy to ask guests to check out at 1pm, also not quite frank about room availability at check in. 4. Room WiFi and cellular signal are quite poor.
