Middle of the nature, huge pool, not far away from the old town Suvereto with a wide variety of restaurants.

All good.

Prachtige locatie. Super gastvrij. Camping gevoel maar dan luxe.

Alles was ontzettend leuk.

Rust, zwembad. Ideale gastvrouw met een brede glimlach die ons hartelijk intvieng.

Het enige minpunt aan het verblijf is dat er weinig keukengerei was. Het was heel basic en alleen het noodzakelijke was aanwezig. Ook was het niet heel duidelijk hoe we er moesten geraken en alsook de weg er naar toe was avontuurlijk: de grindweg van 1 km lang naar boven mocht uitdrukkelijker vermeld worden.

Un lieu superbe ,nous nous y sommes sentis comme chez nous dès notre arrivée . Un lieu où il fait bon se reposer ,profiter , déconnecter . Nous avons été accueillis avec douceur , gentillesse et beaucoup de générosité . Important ils aiment les animaux et sont donc les bienvenus . Notre petit Gus a été le plus heureux aussi . Merci de cette parenthèse à très bientôt ❤️

Jennifer and Jacob were very friendly. The pool is really big, our kids just loved it.

The main building could do better with more quality insulation of ceiling/floor. If you stay on ground floor (like we did) you hear all the noise from upstairs (furniture moves, people walking, kids running), a little annoying especially in the mornings.

This collection of villa apartments is located in an incredible setting, deep in the Tuscan forest hills, surrounded by stunning nature. A cacophony of birds and lizards bathing in the sun. This place is a lovely place to get away from it all. The building itself is beautiful and rustic, everything you associate with Tuscany. Wooden ceilings, large windows (with bug screens!) and it's very cool inside. Kitchen sufficient if lacking a few things like wine glasses and cutting boards. There was a toaster but no where to plug it in, which was funny. It wasn't a huge issue. Bathroom very clean and sufficient. Shower not amazing, but it did the job. It was useful that the sink was separate to the shower and toilet. No toiletries provided so bring your own but they did include a sample of their own cosmetics which was very lovely. There was washing up liquid provided in the kitchen though which was useful. There isn't a washing machine in the actual property, but there is one on site which is available if you ask. Liquid is provided too so no need to buy any. Plenty of towels too. Terrace outside was lovely. It is a little communal but mostly the neighbours all seemed very respectful. Pool is huge, cold but we managed a swim easily, and we pretty much had it to ourselves when we did. It's a wonderful place to cool off after a hot day. Lots of places to relax outside too, that was a real bonus. Breakfast is available here too at an added cost, with gluten free options too! That was a surprise. The hosts are incredibly sweet and kind. They are always available but not intrusive, happy to attend to any need. Dogs and children are also welcome here. Highly recommend this place for the price. It's an incredible location, wonderful hosts and a very relaxing environment. We were on our honeymoon and had to book extremely last minute due to a let down elsewhere, this was no issue at all!

It's hard to find negatives because the hosts were so amazing, but I'm going to have to mention the access road as many have also noted. It is pretty grim and it will test your suspension and front bumper even going slow so sadly this made it hard to just pop in and out, say for dinner. I would absolutely say the location is worth it though. Also the bed was quite hard, with two mattresses instead of one on a double frame, which created a ridge down the middle so it was a little uncomfortable. Lastly one of the neighbours was quite noisy, especially on the phone, often swearing in Italian. Smoking a lot on his terrace too when we were eating and leaving his TV on loud when he wasn't even there. This ruined the tranquility a little of the place.
